How do I login or sign up?
- Ask your case manager, CNS Healthcare provider, or customer care team member to generate a secure PIN for MyCEHR.
- You’ll be given a print-out with instructions to access MyCEHR, including your secure PIN and case number.
- Go to: http://www.mycehr.com and follow the directions on the print-out received.
